OIL ANALYSIS • BLACKSTONE-LABS.COM

SAMPLE TAKEN: 10/18/23

MILES ON CAR: 133,100

MILES ON OIL: 5,000

TYPE OF OIL: LIQUI MOLY TOP TEC 4200 5W/30

From Blackstone:
"The viscosity is a little thick for 5W/30 oil, but besides that, the rest of the report is fantastic. A
slightly thick (or thin) viscosity is okay, especially when wear metals are in great shape like they are here, and no contamination is present. Metals match up well with universal averages for this type of V-8, and those averages show typical wear after about 4,500 miles on the oil. Your engine left less metal behind overall, and that's after keeping the oil in use a little longer. Nice! The 6.7 TBN shows lots of active additive remaining in the oil. Try ~7,000 miles next time."

Parts added or replaced during ownership

  • Before buying, PA Euros noticed two oil cooler line o-rings were seeping. They were ordered and replaced.

  • Shortly after buying, I had to replace the O2 sensors on bank 01 and 02. Those have since been replaced, zero issues since.

  • 034 Motorsports Rear sway bar was added shortly after purchasing.

Recommendations

  • These cars need carbon cleanings frequently, about every 10,000 - 15,000 miles or so. I would recommend getting another carbon cleaning in 5,000-8,000 miles from now.

  •  A rubber hose to the window washer fluid reservoir is slowly leaking. Either needs to be replaced or fixed.

  • Brake pads are low, but still usable. Would recommend replacing soon depending on driving habits, etc.

Optional Included OEM Parts

Every OEM part that was taken off the car, was saved. If you want the parts, they are yours! If not, then I can handle selling them, etc. But I would recommend keeping the parts, just in case.

  • Stock Exhaust system
  • Stock Rear Swaybar
  • Plus much more (Email or DM for more info)
